Recurring service is the core of what we do, and it works the way it works on purpose: the same cleaner each visit, a consistent day and time, and a house that gets easier to clean the longer we know it. First visits routinely run longer than the ones after — we are still learning where things go and what matters to you. By the third visit, that gap closes.
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
Weekly suits households that generate mess quickly — young kids, pets, high foot traffic — where two weeks between visits lets things pile up faster than most people expect. Bi-weekly is the most common schedule we run, a middle ground that keeps a home consistently presentable without daily-life-sized cost. Monthly works for smaller households or homes that stay tidy between visits on their own, though it will not catch buildup the way a tighter schedule does — a monthly clean is closer to a light deep clean every time than a quick touch-up.
Same cleaner, every time
We assign one cleaner to a recurring client whenever the schedule allows it, rather than rotating whoever is free that week. That person learns which products go where, what is off-limits, where the pets stay during a visit, and how you like the small things done. None of that has to be re-explained every time, which is a large part of why recurring clients tend to say the third visit is noticeably better than the first.
Starting from a clean baseline
If it has been a while since the house had a real clean, we usually recommend a deep clean to open a recurring schedule, so the first regular visit is genuinely a maintenance clean rather than a partial catch-up. Not required — just the honest recommendation.
No contract
There is no minimum term on recurring service. Twenty-four hours notice covers a reschedule or cancellation with no charge, and if the schedule stops working for you, tell us — we would rather hear that directly than have someone quietly cancel.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between weekly and bi-weekly?
Mainly how much builds up between visits. Weekly suits busy households — kids, pets, heavy daily use — where two weeks is enough time for mess to noticeably accumulate. Bi-weekly is our most common schedule and works well for most households.
Do I get the same cleaner every visit?
Whenever the schedule allows, yes — and for recurring clients we prioritize keeping the same person on your home specifically because of how much a cleaner learns about a house over repeat visits.
Can I switch frequency later?
Yes, at any time. Plenty of clients start weekly during a busy season and drop to bi-weekly or monthly later, or the reverse. Just let us know before the next visit.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No contract and no minimum term. Twenty-four hours notice covers a reschedule or a cancellation.
