Yes. We service the Whiting and Manchester active-adult communities on a recurring basis and follow each community's vendor sign-in and parking rules.
There's a minimum visit length, but it's short. Many of the homes we clean in Manchester are one-bedroom or two-bedroom single-story units and are priced accordingly — you are not subsidizing a four-bedroom rate card.
Most clients are not. We work from a lockbox, a keypad, or a key you leave with us — whichever you are comfortable with. You will get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
Everything is included, and our products are safe around children and pets. If you would rather we use your own, leave them out and tell us.
