Point Pleasant is two towns in one, and the difference is roughly the Route 35 bridge. The Borough side is largely year-round: families, established neighborhoods, homes that want the same bi-weekly clean in February that they want in July.
The Beach side runs on the summer calendar. Between Jenkinson's, the inlet, and the boardwalk, rental occupancy from Memorial Day through Labor Day drives everything, and the turnover window on a Saturday is measured in hours, not days.
We staff for both. Year-round recurring work fills our weekdays here; Saturdays through the season are held for turnovers.
Saturdays are changeover day
A Point Pleasant Beach turnover is a timed job. Checkout is usually 10 or 11, check-in is 3 or 4, and everything — linens, bathrooms, kitchen, sand, trash, restock — happens inside that window.
We schedule turnovers in routes rather than one-offs so the timing actually holds, and we photograph the finished property on request so you have a record before guests arrive. If something is broken or missing, you hear about it that morning, not from the next guest.

That's the standard window and it's what we build the route around. Book recurring Saturdays for the season rather than week-by-week — in July and August, single Saturdays are the first thing to sell out.
Year-round. Recurring residential work on the Borough side is a steady part of our winter schedule, and off-season is also when most owners book their deep cleans and season-opening service.
Most clients are not. We work from a lockbox, a keypad, or a key you leave with us — whichever you are comfortable with. You will get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
Everything is included, and our products are safe around children and pets. If you would rather we use your own, leave them out and tell us.
Fully insured, and every cleaner is background-checked before they set foot in a client home.
