Brick sits directly north of us across the Metedeconk, which makes it the easiest township in the county for us to service reliably. Route 70 and Route 88 get us anywhere in town quickly, and we are not fighting Parkway traffic to get there.
The township splits cleanly into three kinds of work. The lagoon and riverfront homes in Baywood, Shore Acres, Cherry Quay, and Normandy Beach deal with the same sand and salt-air issues as our Toms River waterfront clients. The established inland neighborhoods — Herbertsville, Breton Woods, Laurelton, Cedar Bridge Manor — are family homes on generous lots that mostly want dependable bi-weekly upkeep. And Greenbriar and Lions Head Woods are active-adult communities where consistency matters more than speed.
Brick also has a real seasonal rental market along the Barnegat Bay side, which we cover with the same turnover service we run on the barrier island.

Yes, and they are a steady part of our Brick schedule. Both communities have HOA guidelines about vendor access and parking, and we follow whatever the community office requires.
Most of Brick is fifteen to twenty minutes from our base, which is why we can usually offer same-week availability here even in the middle of summer.
Most clients are not. We work from a lockbox, a keypad, or a key you leave with us — whichever you are comfortable with. You will get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
Everything is included, and our products are safe around children and pets. If you would rather we use your own, leave them out and tell us.
