Long Beach Island has a small year-round population and an enormous summer one. The island's economy runs on rental weeks, and the entire thing pivots on Saturday — thousands of properties changing hands in the same afternoon, over one causeway.
That constraint is the whole job. A turnover crew that hasn't planned the route ends up stuck on Long Beach Boulevard at 1pm with three houses left. We build LBI routes north-to-south or south-to-north by block, not by booking order, and we stage supplies on-island rather than driving back over the bridge for a forgotten mop head.
We also handle the shoulder work most owners forget until it's late: the season-opening clean after a winter closed up, and the closing clean before the house sits empty until May.
The whole island changes over on the same day
A full LBI turnover is linens stripped and remade, all bathrooms reset, kitchen cleared and wiped including the inside of the microwave and fridge, sand handled at every entry and outdoor shower, trash and recycling out to the street on the right schedule, and amenities restocked to your list.
We finish with a photo set on request so you can confirm the property is guest-ready without driving over the causeway yourself. Damage, missing items, and anything a guest left behind get reported that morning.
Owners who book the full season in the spring get a fixed slot in the route. Week-by-week bookings get whatever is left, which in July is usually nothing.

Yes, and they're worth scheduling early. Opening cleans handle everything a house collects sitting closed through a Jersey winter. Closing cleans matter more than people expect — food left in a pantry, a damp bathroom, or an unemptied fridge over eight months creates problems that cost far more than the clean did.
Most clients are not. We work from a lockbox, a keypad, or a key you leave with us — whichever you are comfortable with. You will get a text when we arrive and another when we finish.
