Most Shore rentals turn over on Saturday, which means most of our turnover route runs that same day, back to back, all season. Booking recurring turnovers in spring — before the season fills — is the difference between a guaranteed Saturday slot and hoping one opens up in July. Yes — that is the entire premise of the service. We build a dedicated Saturday route each season specifically to hit back-to-back checkout-to-check-in windows.
Do you provide the linens, or wash ours?
Either. Some clients keep a linen rotation we launder and reuse; others prefer we supply a fresh set each turnover. Tell us which you’d rather do when you book.
How far in advance should I book for peak summer?
As early in spring as possible. Saturday slots for the barrier island and other high-demand rental areas fill first, often before Memorial Day.
What happens if a guest checks out late?
Tell us as soon as you know. We build some slack into the route, but a significantly delayed checkout on a fully booked Saturday may need to shift to a different time — we’ll work it out with you rather than leave the next guest waiting.
