About Us
CHUA Cleaning Services is a locally owned house cleaning company based in Toms River, New Jersey. We clean homes, shore rentals and small offices across Ocean and Monmouth County.
Small on purpose
When you call, you are talking to the person who runs the business — not a dispatcher reading from a script, and not a franchise office three states away. That is why the same cleaner comes back each visit, why we remember which room is off-limits, and why nobody is going to try to upsell you in your own hallway.
It is also why we will tell you when you do not need something. A house we talk out of a deep clean is worth more to us than one we sell today and lose next year.
How we work
- The same cleaner on the same schedule, so nothing has to be explained twice
- A written, room-by-room checklist for every visit
- A text when we arrive and a text when we finish
- Supplies included, with products that are safe around children and pets — or we use yours
- Fully insured, and every cleaner is background-checked before entering a client’s home
- Twenty-four hours’ notice to reschedule, at no charge
The Chua Promise
If it is not right, tell us within twenty-four hours and we will re-clean it. No charge, no debate.
What we do
Recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, 55+ community cleaning, office cleaning, seasonal opening and closing cleans and eco-friendly cleaning. Our cleaning cost guide explains how pricing works, and the journal has practical advice for shore homes.
